We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cybersecurity Operations Lead to oversee and manage our cybersecurity operation, playing a key role in safeguarding our digital assets. If you have a demonstrated and advanced background in software compliance and have one of the following IAT Level III certifications: CASP CE, CCNP, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH or CCSP and a Top-Secret SCI Security clearance, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or a four-year equivalent training.
• Minimum of 7 years of At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity or 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Hold at least one of the following IAT Level III certifications: CASP CE, CCNP, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH or CCSP.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of firewall management, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience in leading the managing cybersecurity operations teams.
• In-depth understanding of incident response procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with audit processes and the ability to support cybersecurity audits.
• Familiarity with DoD RMF guidelines and experience implementing security controls.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail with the ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
• U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.

Job Duties:

• Lead the management and optimization of firewall configurations to ensure network security and prevent unauthorized access.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems to correlate and analyze security events, ensuring timely identification and response to potential threats.
• Direct the vulnerability management program, conducting regular scans and assessments to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Lead and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring a swift and effective response to security incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support cybersecurity audits, providing documentation and evidence as required.
• Stay updated on the latest software and cybersecurity threats and best practices.
